Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Carnell's Mini Storage. Please read the following policies before renting a storage unit. Reservation & Move-In Online payment reserves your storage unit only. Before accessing your unit, you must visit the Shelter Insurance office located next door to: Sign the rental agreement Present a valid government-issued photo ID Receive your unit number and access information Access to your storage unit will not be granted until the lease has been completed. Rent & Payments Rent is due on the date stated in your lease agreement. Payments not received by the due date may be subject to late fees. Accounts that become delinquent may have access restricted and may be subject to additional collection procedures as allowed by your lease and applicable state law. Security & Insurance Each tenant is responsible for securing their unit with a quality lock. While Carnell's Mini Storage strives to maintain a safe and secure facility, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by theft, fire, weather, water, insects, rodents, vandalism, or other unforeseen events. We strongly recommend that all tenants maintain insurance coverage for their stored belongings. Prohibited Items The following items may not be stored: Flammable or hazardous materials Explosives or fireworks Illegal or stolen property Perishable food Animals or plants Toxic chemicals or hazardous waste Any item that creates a health, safety, or environmental hazard Facility Rules Storage units are intended for storage purposes only. Living, sleeping, operating a business, conducting repairs, or using a unit for unlawful activities is strictly prohibited. Please keep your unit clean and free of trash. Do not leave unwanted items outside your unit or on the property. Children should always be supervised, and all customers are expected to drive slowly and respect other tenants while on the premises. Move-Out When vacating your unit, remove all personal belongings, sweep the unit clean, and notify management that the unit has been emptied. Rent will continue until the unit is completely vacated and management has been notified. Policy Changes Carnell's Mini Storage reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time to improve safety, security, or operations. By renting a storage unit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow these policies and the terms of your rental agreement.
