Cancellation Policy

Park Policies — Rules & Regulations To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please observe the following guidelines. Check-in & Check-out Check-in Time: 1:00 PM Check-out Time: 11:00 AM Prohibited Behaviors • Guests may not engage in illegal activities, harassment, or unsafe conduct. • Guests may not alter Park infrastructure. • There are no fires permitted in the park. Pet Policy Allowed Pets • The Park allows domesticated dogs and cats, with a maximum of two pets per site. Pet Fees • Guests must pay a fee of $10 per day, up to a maximum of $30 per month, for each pet. Leashes and Containment • Pets must remain on a physical leash no longer than 6 feet whenever outside the RV. • Pets may not be left unattended outdoors. Waste • Guests must immediately clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly. Noise • Pets must not create continuous noise disturbances. Liability • The Guest is fully responsible for any injuries or property damage caused by their pet. Restricted Areas • Pets are not allowed in the laundry room, indoor common areas, or any “No Pet” zones. Service Animals • Service animals are permitted according to applicable law. Enforcement • Management may issue notices, require removal of a pet, or revoke the Guest’s License if violations occur. Cancellation • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in.
